RedstoneConnect strengthens relationship with Churchill Square Mobile App
RedstoneConnect, a leading provider of technology and services for smart buildings and commercial spaces, announces its agreement to continue work on the Brighton Life App, the official app for Brighton’s busy shopping centre, Churchill Square.
The expansion will bring new functionality to its users including citywide features such as bus and train time integration.
Other new features agreed as part of the app’s expansion include a staff discount facility, known as Work Perk, push messaging and the ability for social media login, allowing consumers to engage easily with the shopping centre in more ways than ever before.
The app will also see a host of new and improved competitions, adding further engagement dynamics and a compelling reason for consumers to continue checking back into the app.
There will also be updates to design aspects of the app, as well as improved functionality on the CRM including heat mapping and improved data capture. Not only will this provide a deeper understanding of how the shopping centre is used but make Churchill Square a truly Smart Retail destination.
This expansion cements further the relationship which RedstoneConnect already has with Churchill Square. Originally, RedstoneConnect helped Churchill Square create a digital strategy around an app that put offers and promotions in the hands of their shoppers.
